I love this so much!! It's ultra thin and can fit in a purse without a problem. That means I can carry this wherever I go. I suffer from extremely painful IBS and heating pads always help, but they are so bulky and need to be plugged in... Not this!! I can take it to work or in the car and it helps alleviate my pain. This woll also be really great for menstrual cramps. I only wish I had bought this earlier! Buy it!! Haha I'm so excited to have this.

So far, I love it! It fits me well, which is something I was worried about as I'm a thick girl at 190 lbs. Even if it hadn't fit, it came with an extra length of velcro to attach. It warms up quickly and its soft to the touch. I'll be able to use it at work when im cramping, since I am a custodian I move around all day and cannot sit with a plug in one while at work. Im so glad I bought this, makes my cramps easier to deal with while on the go!

Easy to use and comfortable to wear. It comes with 2 bands so it can fit anyone. I would recommend wearing a thin shirt under it because it will get very warm. I enjoy the vibration on it as well. You can feel both heat and movement in the band. 10/10.
