This is probably my favorite skincare purchase ever. I’ve only had this mask for about 2 weeks and I’ve used it pretty consistently at night. I use the steady blue, red and green lights on energy level 5 for 20 minutes each. I’ve seen a decrease in the amount of active pimples I’ve gotten since using this, but I’ve noticed a big difference in how fast they heal! I had a cystic pimple that was coming up on my cheek and after using the RBG lights the night before it was gone the next morning. Now, I can’t say it’s done that with all of my pimples, but the huge decrease in healing time is a game changer for me. I’ve noticed after I use the green light my face is a lot less oily too. It doesn’t dry my skin out or cause redness, it actually makes my complexion more even right after using it. Definitely recommend it.
